Global block margin

I am trying to gt rid of margin around this global block. The top row is not in a global block and that is what I need to replicate.

Can you tell me what is causing it?

Thank you for writing in, on your Global Block section, please remove the spacing.

This will remove the default padding, margin, and inner container of the section.
