My Global Block on Pro Theme is Missing.

Hey Burles,

There’s no enough context in your post for us to know the cause of the issue like what version if Pro you’re using, are you using a child theme, did you test for a plugin conflict, etc…

With that said, please kindly perform all of the common issues troubleshooting listed in our article here: https://theme.co/docs/common-issues

Only if none of the suggested solutions work, kindly provide the following info in a Secure Note

  1. Screenshot of the issue or where you’re expecting to see the Global Block
  2. WordPress Login URL
  3. Admin username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Hello @eliteandexotic,

With the release of the latest Pro theme version, the UI has been changed. The Global Block is now been integrated and is called Components. Please check out these videos to familiarize yourself with the new interface and the Component element.
