Global Block element not saving

Having a real issue adding any elements to a global block on this site:

Thanks for writing in!

I opened the V2 search Global Block and could see two text elements were already there. When I tried to add a new element and shown in the video screencast shared in the ticket, additional elements were not adding. To see if it’s a issue with specific Global Block or pertinent across the Global Blocks, it tried editing other Global Blocks and didn’t faced any issues while adding additional elements.

I then opened the V2 Global Block and then saved the existing Text elements as Preset (just as a backup) that had WooCommerce shortcodes. After that I deleted all the elements and now I can add additional elements. Please add the elements again and see how it goes.

To access the Preset, please Navigate under Pro > Templates and clock on Presets.

I am sharing few screenshots that you can take a look.

Hey @wolfproductions,

Perhaps there was a cache issue when you first created the Global Blocks. In case it happens again, please try to clear your site and browser cache.
