Hi there, I was wondering if you could help me? I have created a sticky menu, and I have an intermittent problem. Sometimes it loads the correct size (small amount of padding top and bottom), then sometimes when it loads it’s really big and has a massive amount of padding (I think the same amount as the original menu I duplicated it from). It’s very odd that this keeps happening. I was wondering if you were aware of the issue?
Hi @EarlySigns,
Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found the issue you described here, but it appears only once and disappeared after refreshing. I would suggest you, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
Hello @EarlySigns,
I tried to access your site dashboard but it seems that the default login URL is https://www.your_domain_name.com/wp-admin/
and https://www.your_domain_name.com/wp-login.php/
is not working at my end. It seems that you have customized the login URL. Please recheck and send us the correct login URL.
Thanks
Hi there, I have updated the secure note with the correct url, apologies
Hello @EarlySigns,
It seems that you have not given the correct login details. Please recheck and send us again.
Thanks
I have updated the secure note thanks
Hi @EarlySigns,
I have checked your website again, but unfortunately, the issue is not been reappeared. I would suggest you check once by clearing all types of cache including the Style Cache from Cornerstone > Settings > System > Clear Style Cache and check in the incognito/private mode of the browser and let us know if the issue still exists.
Thanks
Hi there, thanks for your reply. Clearing the style cache of Cornerstone seems to have solved the issue. I was seeing this error in preview mode too when building the header with several websites I have designed. It might be something you would like to mention as a bug to your developers. Thanks for your help.
Hi @EarlySigns,
Glad to know that problem is resolved now. Regarding the Header issue, I would suggest you create a separate thread and share the login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further.
Thanks
