Both the Contact Form 7 and WPForms Builder are not working properly. I am not receiving emails back from either and believe it is a glitch with my website. Kindly review.

Thanks for posting in! I have logged in to your site and check your email setting. I even sent a test email to check if the WP SMTP is working. It is working by the way. After investigating, I found out that your contact form wasn’t set up properly. The conform form itself displays that there is something wrong with it.

I never received an email for your test entry. For both forms it is stating that the email goes through, but I don’t receive anything. The first issue of the form was the name convention that has been working for the past four years - changed years from “name” to “firstlast”. The second issue is that the email is being sent from the inquirers email, which has always worked for the past several years.
How are both forms not working? It doesn’t make sense I am not receiving emails from either form

I have edited Contact Form 7 Mail Form settings. I also did a test of the form.

I have not received it - the email address is set up correctly and I am receiving other emails not through the contact form
Hi Samantha,
That shows there is a problem with your email server that can not send the emails. I am more convinced about that as you tested two plugins and both are not working.
Please change our theme to one of the default WordPress themes such as 2020 and test and see if the plugins work. If not, then it is not related to our theme and there is no conflict there and you need to either contact the Contact Form 7 plugin support or your hosting service provider and ask them to help you to set up the server correctly to send the emails.

Just installed Twenty Twenty and tried BOTH forms - both did not work. It is not the theme causing the issue.
okay I just called my email service company and the emails aren’t even making it to my email - they are never going through and have had this issue before with themes blocking them. Can you please review?

I have logged in again and edited your Contact Form. I did a test email and it goes to my inbox.
The contact form has been reverted back and you should received something in your inbox by now.
