Giving site a glossy black color

Hi,
The client wants to color the site background a glossy black. How could that be done and what would be the RGB to accompliush this?

Hi @spencey,

This would not be easy to accomplish through CSS. Currently, it is possible to make some gradient background colors but not shiny colors. It would be best to make the background and image then set it as the site background.
