Give Blogpage same layout as rest of site & some tweaks

Hello guys,

is there a way to give the blogpage the same layout as the rest of the site I have created at
www.possehl-pmb.de ?

Specifically I would like to:

• Place a header-image on top of page like on the other content pages
• Have the layout be full width
• Have the “Read more” say “Mehr”
• Use the same Headline sizes as on other pages (h1 looks like h4)
