GIF that use to not loop is looping now

Hi,

This is a weird one. I have an animated gif in my header. It was saved to play just 1 time and NOT loop. Sometime in the recent past, something changed and it keeps looping. I have resaved as NOT looping and to play 1 time, and it still loops.

Any idea why this is happening?
