GIF image stops looping

Dear Themeco Support,

I uploaded a GIF image (with these exports settings to loop forever. But the GIF only plays one time and then stops at the last still.

Could you help me with this?

Thanks for writing in!

Please be advised that Pro theme, X theme or Cornerstone plugin do not modify nor controls over the images particularly the GIF image. Please make sure that your GIF image was exported to loop. If you wouldn’t mind please provide the image url of your GIF image so that we can check it in our browser.

Hello Marrit,

I have viewed your gif image in a browser (Chrome and Firefox). The image is not looping. It stops at “Bijna Nooit”. Please go back to your image editor and make sure that when you export it, it is being set to display in an infinite loop.

Yes it does, but it loops on my computers though. But I will go and check my image settings.
