Hi There,
Do you have any custom code under functions.php
file?
Please try testing a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third-party plugins, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.
If it doesn’t help, would you mind providing us with login credentials(by clicking on the Secure Note button at the bottom) so we can take a closer look? To do this, you can make a post with the following info:
Thanks.
Hi there,
I have tried to access the login page of your site but it requires an additional login to get accessed.
For the meantime, kindly check any files you have added to the child theme and make sure the code or text are not there.
Kindly provide those details as well.
Hi there,
I’m sorry but the admin details does not seem to work:
Kindly double check.
Any luck finding the issue?
Hello @Chris_D,
Another staff here. Can you please confirm the login details as I am also unable to login using the shared details. I have recorded a screencast. https://cloudup.com/cDNr1GhnE5U
Please confirm the login details again for us to take a closer look. Also can you please share the FTP login details as well?
Thanks.
Hi There,
I’ve tried both Tester
and tester
but they still didn’t work.
Could you please reset the password of that account?
Thank you.
Hi @Chris_D
I found the code responsible for this issue in (Pro > Theme Options > CSS), please check this screencast:
You will have to remove it then press save button to get rid of these strings on your website. You should note that this isn’t the correct place to add HTML codes in, this is only valid to add CSS codes, if you want to load HTML, PHP codes, then I recommend using a child theme.
Thanks.
D’ouh I feel stupid now how i didn’t spot that, thanks!
On behalf of my colleague, you’re welcome. Cheers!
