Getting support has been the hardest thing!

Hi There,

Having recently had my client purchase this theme, I keep getting the below error message when trying to upload it to her WP site.

“The link you followed has expired”

Please can you assist with this annoying issue. I Have been trying for two days to get it installed. I have read all your FAQ and I cant seem to find any way to log an official support ticket.

Thanks for writing in and we’re sorry to hear you’re having issues.

  1. The “The link you followed has expired” issue though is not the theme related. It commonly has something to do with old PHP version. Please contact your web host and have them update your PHP version to at least PHP 7.2 as recommended by WordPress.
