Getting support from Slider Revolution directly?

Hello guys, as from this post: https://theme.co/apex/forum/t/revolution-slider-loop-single-slider-problems/46171
I’d actually need support from a Rev Slider developer as we couldnt solve the problem and it’s clearly a bug (the white-screen). Trying to do so, I seem to need a purchase code. How can I create a support-ticket anyway or get in contact with someone ?

Hi,

Regretfully, you will need to purchase revslider plugin separately to be able to have direct access to their support forum.

My colleague have already reported this issue and should get a reply soon.
