Getting "No package provided" when installing extenson on Multisite- Sub site

Hey Support,

We have a site here which is a sub-site on Wordpress Multisite.
See website in secure note.

This sub-site is licensed. We’re trying to install the 404 extension but keeps saying no package provided.

I have read another forum post on here which says install the extensions manually as network plugins from the /framework/plugins folder, however, there is only one plugin in that folder for cornerstone.zip.

Where can I find these extensions to manually install as network plugins?

Hey @paulgreen007,

Please try downloading All files & documentation from Themeforest.

Open the downloaded zip file and extract tco-custom-404.zip from \x_package\extensions. You can then install the 404 plugin manually.
