I am using a proper license but keep getting this message. We’ve checked the code, but it doesn’t appear to be an Cornerstone purchase code or Themeco license. Please double check the code and try again.

Where are you getting this error? Can you provide a screenshot?
Under the Wordpress admin panel - X - Validation? -
Have you already confirmed your license in your x theme profile? https://theme.co/apex/licenses
the Production and Staging should show your correct url to validate.

Can you “revoke validation” and then try re-evaluating?

Hey @CarltonDoup,
The error talks about Cornerstone which should not be happening in your site since you already have converted to Pro. By conversion, I mean deleting X theme and activating Pro. Doing so would automatically deactivate Cornerstone. Try completely uninstalling Cornerstone.
If that does not resolve the issue, we really need you to give us your site’s WordPress Login URL, Admin Username and Password in a Secure Note.
