Getting errors from Plesk about Cornerstone

Since updating my Pro theme on one site and installing CS Forms I am getting the following errors. I will post entire string in a secure note.

I checked your given site URL, and it seems that there is no error at the moment. If the issue still persist we need to check your settings. In order to help you with your concern, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin-level username and password
  • FTP login details

I received another notification of the same errors.

I added login credentials to the secure note.

Kindly deactivate and delete the Cornerstone Forms. You may need to reinstall the plugin and test the site again.
