Getting error trying to setup new header

Hi! We’re trying to setup a new header, and when we select the blank header template, we get an error saying “The preview could not load due to the iframe response being incomplete. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or customizations introducing a PHP error.” We’ve tried deactivating all plugins and clearing cache, but the error persists. We also tried deleting Pro and reinstalling, but this didn’t seem to make any difference either. Can you suggest anything else?

Thanks for writing us.

I checked your setting it seems that there might be an issue with the child theme I would suggest you please purge all the cache then activate the parent theme and then check it again. Please note you must troubleshoot a few common issues before posting a new thread.

Thank you so much, Prakash! The Child theme was indeed the issue! I followed your suggestion, purged cache, activated the parent theme and all worked great. Then I went back to the child theme and the error came back. So I downloaded a fresh child theme and installed that, which fixed the problem!
