I am using Pro version 4.3.3. I have “Elementor”(version 3.7.8) and “Elementor Pro”(version 3.7.3) plugins installed and used across the site so can’t be disabled. I am getting the error as in image attached. I am guessing if the console js error is removed Pro will work again. I can still edit the contents and save them. However when i copy the site to staging all works well. This is happening to all Edit with Pro like header, footer, content etc. Could you please help me out asap . Thank you
Hi @markcfrancis,
Thanks for reaching out.
The error mostly shows if you are using any elements that are already deprecated or some custom elements which does not have the proper output. And also if you have added some custom HTML code that is not properly formatted or has some broken structure it, may show that kind of problem. And it will be very difficult to understand what is the reason behind your problem without investigating it.
I would suggest you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

Thanks
Hello @markcfrancis,
When I went to check your plugins, I encounter an error 502.
- See the secure note for the screenshot.
You may need to do the following:
- Testing For Plugin Conflict
- Increasing Php Memory Limit
- Disabling Cache
- Disabling Cdn
- Version Compatibility
Kindly let us know how it goes.
Could you please check the plugins page, its loading now. I have increased memory limit and cleared cache.
Hi @markcfrancis,
Unfortunately, the plugin page is still not loading and showing the 502 error. I would suggest you please copy your live site to a staging server and perform the suggested troubleshooting steps by my colleague.
If that does help, please give us access to your staging site in the secure note for further investigation:
– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password
To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.
Thanks
I have shared the staging details in secure key. However staging works fine for me but please do have a look at the site and let me know the issue causing asap. Also plugin page loads for me.
Thank youHello @markcfrancis,
I am still experiencing the Error 502 in your staging site the same as with @Tristup. Since you can access the plugins in your staging, can you please disable the plugins one at a time and then test the site again? I have a hunch that one of the plugins is causing this. Please put your site under construction mode and then temporarily deactivate Elementor plugin as well while we are troubleshooting.
Best Regards.
