Getresponse plugin problem

Hi there. In all my websites, I have webforms on the footer. Now, all of them vanished. I contacted the webforms plugin company, getresponse, but they did not find anything wrong? Can it be something with X?

Hi there. I have wp supercache installed. My website is www.etam.org.br

Hi @nandoanversa

I’m not sure how to reproduce this issue, I tried to add one of these webforms shortcodes in one of the footer bars and I can see it’s working fine:

Could you please let us know how to reproduce this issue? how are you adding these forms in the footer?

Thanks.

this is the plugin i am using and the way i add it is widgets, like shown in the picture

Hello There,

What you have done will display the GetResponse form in your footer if you are using the default footer. Since you are using a custom footer, the footer widget areas got replaced by the custom footer and now it disappears. You will need to edit your custom footer and add a bar that will display first. This bar will be the container of your widget element where in you can display the footer widget area with your GetResponse form in it.

Hope this make sense.

it does not work. even if I add a section outside the footer (on cornerstone inside a page), and a widget element in it, it does not display the form

Hi @nandoanversa,

Yes, it’s quite weird and it works on another theme. The widget placement returns empty which could be related to internal error. Would you mind providing your FTP login credentials as well?

The widget doesn’t work anywhere, maybe we could find something from error logs.

Thanks!
