Get the last version of addon plugin

Hi,

I’am currently using The Grid plug in within x Theme. My design looks so bad a few days ago and nothing changed in the back. I know there is a new version of The Grid plugin (2.6) but I can’t update it automacally. Is there any way to do this and check if my problem is fixed?

I tried checking your website (please see secure note for URL) but it keeps on loading and content is not getting displayed.

In case you are not able to update The Grid Plugin automatically, please do the following.

  1. Deactivate and delete The Grid Plugin from Plugins > Installed Plugins.
  2. Install The Grid from X > Validation > Extensions. Doing so will install latest version of The Grid Plugin.

Yes there could be a problem, you may want to check your error logs too. That URL displays a blank page which is always related to internal errors.

Hi all!!

I finally found the root cause error. Instagram Slider has any feature no compatible with my design and x theme. I had to deactivate it and works properly. I’m going to check for more information and try to fix it.
