I’m not sure if I’ve inadvertently applied this style to my header menu, or if this is a Pro styling option that I just can’t find.
When I hover over my menu links (water damage, fire damage, mold removal) my link texts seem to have lower opacity and I can’t figure out how to turn it off.

Please inspect your navigation inline element, then navigate to Top Links > Text > PRIMARY TEXT STYLE > Text Color > Interaction > remove the opacity color:
The color should be rgb not rgba.
