Get rid of footer extra section?

There seems to be an extra section right before the actual footer and I can’t seem to make it go away.

Suggestions?

Thank you for writing in, please navigate to Theme Options > Footer and disable the Footer Widget Areas

Please provide us the site URL if this does not work.
