Get name of term that post belongs to

I’m trying to create breadcrumbs manually.
So, on the post page I want to be able to dynamically show the name of the term that the post belongs to. For instance in the “Community” CPT there is a taxonomy called “cities” and there is a post called “101 Lofts” that has a cities term called “West Palm Beach”.
I want to dynamically show “West Palm Beach” text on the post page.

Sorry, but I already figured it out. Needed to do a Looper Provider and Consumer to get it to work.
