German accents in The Grid

Hi guys,

I´m using the x plugin “The Grid” from Themeone and since some weeks, german accents like ä ö ü are not shown properly anymore but has worked before. Now there´s just a “?” shown. Do you have any idea how to fix this?

Thank you for writing in, that seems to be a Character Encoding issue. Please follow the solution provided here.

Make sure to clear all your caching features after.

Thanks for your advice. In fact, the link contains exactly what I´m dealing with. Unfortunately, when I´m trying the solution given there, the content of my page doesn´t load anymore and I can´t get into the backend of the page. I´ve read about the same problem here, but the poor user there didn´t get any answer since 2018 :slight_smile:
So, don´t know what to do now…
