Generate random links that will link to a particular page

Hi Themeco.

I know this is outside the scope of the support here but I was wondering if you can give me some directions.

Let’s say I have a particular page, e.g, a Thank You page. Whenever a user finishe purchasing a product, he will be redirected to the Thank You page. Now this page has a url (example.com/thank-you), and this URL is usually displayed on the browser’s address bar. So, anyone can simply type in the link and land on the Thank You page without actually purchasing a thing at that point in time.

Is it possible to generate random links for this particular page? Links that are difficult to remember and usually expire after some time.

I hope you understand me and would be happy to give me some directions.

In order to configure or create custom “Thank You” page, It would require custom development. Please note that we don’t provide custom development support. It is out of the support scope.

Regretfully, I’m not sure if there’s a plugin that can generate a Thank You page with a random slug.

You need to consult with a 3rd party developer to create a custom solution for you.
