Gaps appearing between sections when not logged in/incognito

Hi! I’ve been using Pro for a while now and I’m quite happy with it. But I have one issue: Trying to follow my client’s brand guidelines, with colored boxes next to each other, works well when I’m logged in and working on the site. To me, it looks great. But everyone else (or me, when using an incognito browser) gets weird gaps of varying size between the sections and rows.

As you can see, this strange bug causes havoc with my layout and makes it impossible to follow brand guidelines. What’s causing this, and what can I do to stop it?

Hi Niels,

Thanks for reaching out.
I have checked your website and found that you are using the Breezee cache plugin which might be the reason behind your issue. I would suggest deactivating the plugin temporarily and checking if that resolves your issue. If that does not help, There might be some different reasons behind your issue. I would like to suggest troubleshooting the following common issue to help us to recognize the reason.

1.Theme Related Issue
2.Plugin Conflict
3.Theme Update related issue
5.CSS/JS Customization
6.Disabling Cache
7.Disabling CDN

If you discover that an issue is coming from a custom code or 3rd party plugin, kindly consult with a developer or contact the plugin author. Please note that we do not provide support for custom codes and 3rd party plugins.
If none of the above helps and you are still getting the issue, please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

NOTE: It might be the Server Level Cache also the reason behind your issue, I would suggest you contact your hosting provider to purge all the server-level cache.

Thanks
