Gap Under footer (PRO)

I upgraded to pro to make better footers.

My footer is looking ok so far on my laptop but on an external screen there is a massive gap below the footer. See image

I tried checking the website (url in secure note) you have added in licence manager but I am getting under construction page. Can you please give us access in secure note for us to take a closer look to find out why there is a white space after footer?
