I need a little help in the right direction. Where do I go to change the distance between the main navigation link and the sub menu links seen in this video above? I want the sub navigation to be flush up against the bottom of the navigation bar.

To resolved your issue, please edit your header, click the navigation inline element and find the Dropdown settings so that you can adjust the top and left margins.
