Gap between headline and text element

There is a gap between custom headline and text with contact form 7 which i cannot understand.
I used classes such as mtn, ptn, mbn, pbn but that does not address the issue

An error which comes from a third party plugin( email-before-download) shows there. Kindly deactivate the plugin or contact the plugin’s author to solve the error.

I would suggest you contact the plugin developer to fix their plugin issue.
