Gap between header and grid

Hi, i’m using ethos stack, and put essential grid below my header. I noticed there’s white gap on top and below essential grid, i’ve checked margin and padding setting on section, row, column, even in essential grid setting, i’ve been put it on zero value. But it still there. How to remove this gap?

Thanks.

Hi There,

Could you please provide us with the URL of that page?

Thanks.

the url is the homepage: http://tiptoptraveller.com

Hi,

Upon checking, I didn’t see any essential grid on your homepage.

Can you provide us a screenshot showing the gap you are referring to.

Thanks

Hi, attached is the screenshot, and yes, i noticed, the essential grid doesn’t show up on cornerstone too, but if you try to access the url, it’s shown up.

Thanks

Hi,

I went ahead and replace your text element with essential grid element

The text element automatically adds <p> tags which causes the gap.

Please check in your end.

Thanks

Oh great! Thanks, another thing, how can i make my ethos header auto played? And make essential grid carousel (local tour on my case) loop, i mean when it was end, show the first post again. I tried to search documentation and googling it, but doesn’t get any luck.

Appreciate if you can help with this too.
Thanks.

Hi there,

Kindly open up new threads for additional questions as it will help us to focus on each issue and give you a better support which you deserve. Having a long threads makes the maintaining job harder and also it will be harder for the other customers to find the correct information if they have similar issues. You are always welcomed to reply to this thread to follow up the same question.

The Ethos Post Carousel feature does not have the Autoplay functionality. This will need custom development and it is outside of our support scope, but if you need that we can give you instructions on how to do so but we will not be able to implement the functionality.

Kindly open up the new thread for the request.

Thank you.

Already make the new thread, for this issue i think it was solved. Thank you!

You’re welcome!
