Every time i try to create a new page in my WP installation it comes up with “are you sure you want to do this” error.

i know this is not the ideal situation. but i worked out it was actually xpro. and i think it related to the header builder.
deleting the theme then re-installing didnt seem to work im thinking it was some still in the database causeing problem.
so my solution was to use wp database reset that reset everything then when i re installed theme it was ok. lucky i just started developing site didnt get to far. however i can imagine this would be a big problem if i was further into project.

If you want to know if a certain issue is cause by the theme, try switching to default wordpress theme and then check again.
