Fundley Widget not saving on post pages

Hi there,

After an update a few months back, this widget we have on some of our POST pages randomly disappears on us. It is just some javascript, but is there anything that may cause this? https://ywammadison.org/about (the posts at the bottom of the About page)
https://ywammadison.org/steve-perkins/
https://ywammadison.org/wayne-and-lea-groff/

It will be there as long as we don’t make any updates to the post itself. If go in to edit the post, the widget goes away and doesn’t return…
Running on WordPress 5.7.1 and XThtme 1.2

Any help would be great!

Hello @tkcostello,

Thanks for writing to us.

It seems that there might be an issue with version compatibility since you are using the latest version of WordPress and older version of X theme. Please have a look at our version compatibility page to learn more about the supported version.

It would be best if you could copying your live website to your staging area. then updated your theme and plugin as per our version compatibility then check it. If the issue still persists I would suggest you troubleshoot with a few of the common issues before we investigate your settings.

  1. Testing for Plugin Conflict
  2. CSS/JS Customization
  3. Version Compatibility
  4. Disabling Cache
  5. Child Theme

If none of those work, Please share your staging server details in a secure note so that we can investigate your setting without breaking your live site. Please provide the following details

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin level username and password

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts

Thanks
