Fullscreen content and global CSS

Hi, guys!

It’s been a while since I purchased a Pro license but only now I decided to dedicate myself to build my personal site from scratch. So I’m reviewing the tutorials and documentation to learn how to edit pages with Pro.

I’m working on my landing page now (I’m replicating a layout that I created in a graphical tool) and I was able to build the navbar menu by watching your videos. However, I am having issues editing the content of the pages. By default, all pages come with a .entry-wrap container (I believe it is integrity standard) which is a 1200px white container with a box-shadow. All pages come with it by default. I wish I could create fullscreen content because I’m working on my hero section. How can I do this?

Another question … Where is the best place to write CSS globally? I want to make default styles for all my headers (h1, h2, h3 …) and configure all the media-queries for mobile screens.

Thanks in advance!

Hey Carlos,

Thanks for writing in.

To do that, you just have to change the Page Template to a No Container template:

You may add the CSS codes in X > Theme Options > CSS:

Hope this helps.

That’s awesome! Do you know if this CSS will be lost if I update Pro in the future?

Thanks.

Hello Carlos,

Thanks for updating the thread.

CSS codes added into Theme Options > CSS, won’t have any effect should you choose to update the theme in future.

Thanks.

Thank you so much for the help.

You’re most welcome!
We’re glad we were able to help you out.
