Hello I have a background video I want to install - it’s at 16x9 ratio - It’s showing the right setup on the PRo builder but in the browsers I still have the black bars.
I’m using a classic video player so I can loop, mute and hide controls.

If you are using Classic Video Player, then your video is not used as a background video. Please be advised that background videos can only be place in a section. And your video must use a direct video file for the source like http://example.com/filename.mp4
