Full width posts and removing post title

Hi guys,

I’m using Pro, Renew Stack and need to

a) Create full width posts (I’ve tried Theme Options/Layout/Content Full Width) no luck…

b) I’d also like to remove the the post title from the top of the page so the first section butts to the top of the page.

Current Post = http://ingeniorecruitment.co.uk/sales-team-leader/

Ideally should be like = http://ingeniorecruitment.co.uk/about-us/

/*fullwidth the posts page*/
.single-post .x-container.offset {
    margin: 0;
    width: 100%;
    max-width: none;
}

/*pushed the content on top of the page*/
.single-post .entry-content {margin-top: 0;}

/*hide the posts title*/
.single-post .entry-header {display: none;}
