Full width background not working despite inner container off

How can I get full width backround colors so that my site has full width bands?
I have disabled inner container as some answer suggested, but it is still not full width.

Thanks for reaching out.

The inner container is just for the section, hence, it’s full-width to its current section. What you need to change is the page template to make sure it’s layout full-width. Make sure it’s changed to Blank - No Container | Header, Footer template.

also, i have found “Blank - No Container | Header, Footer” as an option in the WP admin under quickedit, but i get no change
