Full Sections not showing on mobile

I have two full sections not appearing on mobile, although they were in the past. On the homepage link above, I duplicated the Bio section and edited the layout for mobile. So there’s a Bio 1 and a Bio 2, each properly hidden/showing on the appropriate screen size. But when the browser is in small or extra small, it does not appear.

I also have a blog section that did not need to be modified and therefore is not duplicated. I want the same section to appear on all screen sizes. Again, settings are configured to not hide the section on any screen sizes, and it doesn’t appear on mobile.

Any suggestions as to how to fix this? This just started happening, as we tested 3 weeks ago and it was fine.

Are you referring to this section?

Please edit your page in Cornerstone and use the skeleton mode when editing for faster response and easy access of all the elements in the preview area. This is also helpful especially if one of the sections or elements is not visible or hidden in selected screen size or you may have applied visibility options to a section of element.

Click your section settings and row settings. Make sure that the “Hide During Breakpoints” is not set to be hidden in smaller screens as this is what is happening in the row settings of the section.
