Full screen section heights and progression on scroll

Is there a way to achieve the effect on this website with X? - https://thrivedigital.com/

Not all of the content, etc., but how to get each section to be 100% of the window height and then progress to the next section on scroll?

It’s not yet possible, but still doable through custom coding with a help of 3rd party library such as https://alvarotrigo.com/fullPage/#page3

I recommend contacting a developer that could help you implement this.
