You can make the fullscreen video background using Revolution slider. Please active the auto resize option so that the slider with Video background.
If you don’t want to use revolution slider. Here is a great reference how to make certain section fullscreen in any device or resolution. Through cornerstone you can use Video background to any section.

When I use cornerstone, I get black bars on both sides of the video. How do I remove this?

If you place your video as the section’s background, it will automatically become a fullwidth.
Adding a video background on the Section
The Poster Image is for mobile view, because the background video does not play on mobile.
If your section does not have enough height to show the entire background video, you can add min-height: 500px; property on the Section’s Inline CSS field.
