I’ve just signed up for themeco hosting and am having a problem importing the export of my old backup using the All-in-One WP Migration tool (it would get stuck on 1.11%). So I was going to use the back door method of uploading the backup file using FTP BUT I don’t know how to access my FTP site. I looked on my dashboard and do not see any information regarding to this.
Is the problem perhaps that I have yet to point my domain to the themeco host? I was going to do this AFTER I migrated my old website over.
any help would be appreciated, thanks!
