Frontpage does not load

Hi team X,

I recently moved my site from local to online: hardi360.com/hardi2018/ using the duplicator plugin that has worked perfect many times before.

But for some reason the frontpage will not load. But the 2 subpages I’ve got has no problem: hardi360.com/hardi2018/products/mega

Any solutions to this? :slight_smile:

It was the revolution slider, that was not loading proberly. Now I have deleted it and the site is working. But how can I make it work again with the rev slider?

Hi Bappi, thanks for your quick reply. But I stil have issues with rev slider. When I insert it on the frontpage, it does not load. But if i remove it, it does load. Any solutions to this?

Hello there,

As we do not have access to your WordPress Dashboard we can not make sure what should be the cause of the issue. Please kindly get back to us with the URL/User/Pass of your website to follow up the case. Meanwhile kindly follow the steps below to troubleshoot some common cases and get back to us with the result:

  • Make sure that you use the latest version of the theme and the Cornerstone, if not kindly update them
  • Purge all caches if you have a cache plugin
  • Check for possible 3rd party plugin conflict by deactivating all plugins except Cornerstone. If the problem is fixed then kindly activate them one by one to find the plugin responsible for the problem.
  • Is the problem only happening to one page or all pages? If only it is in one page that seems to be a corrupt one so try to recreate the page

I checked and can see your frontpage is working just fine with revslider in it.

Can you please give us more clarification what do you mean by frontpage will not load

It looks like the site cant load the rest of the content before rev slider is loaded

I can confirm that your site is loading perfectly without any issue. I have checked in mac Firefox, Chrome and Safari browsers. Can you please confirm if you are getting the issue in any particular browser or OS so that we can have a look.
