Frontend looks good, backend ask how I would like to start

Hi there,
I made an update (X theme and cornerstone)…

Situation now:
Frontend: Website looks good (www.bar-fuss.eu)
Backend: cornerstone ask me „How would you like to start?“ Where is my content? Where is my layout/design?

Please help me, because I have to change some content.

Hi Michael,

Your home page content was either edited manually by an editor on your site or by a 3rd party plugin. Regretfully, since the content no longer exists, you will need to contact your web host to restore your site from a state when it is still complete.

Sometimes it can be recovered through the revision option of WordPress default editor.
