There is a plugin called Front End Publishing Pro on Themeforest.

Frontend Publishing Pro - WordPress Post Submission Plugin

It supposedly allows you to create a form for whatever post type and you can have users fill it out and it creates the post for you in draft mode so that you can review it before publishing. It also allows custom fields to be added as well.

Does Pro offer anything like that or have that capability?

I need it specifically for WooCommerce products.

Thanks for writing in! Regretfully there isn’t a feature in the Pro theme with the same functionality. If you use and install this Front End Publishing Pro plugin, this should be expected to work with the Pro theme smoothly.
