Front end not working but back end is all right

Hello there,

After downloading a new plugin for Cache, my frontend totally crashed…
I removed the plugin, still bad.
I desactivated all the plugin… still bad.
You can check the page https://www.careerplaybook.com/linkedin-playbook/.

Thank you for your help!

Hey Stéphane,

Sorry to hear you’re site is broken but based on what you said that the issue only happened after the installation of the caching plugin, it is not our theme that is causing the issue and we do not provide support for issues caused by 3rd party plugins.

I’ll just mention that uninstalling a caching plugin is not enough. Often, you will need to remove codes added by the caching plugin to different areas of your WordPress install.

Please contact the caching plugin author to help you completely remove the plugin codes on your site.

Only if the caching plugin codes are fully removed from your site and the issue persists, that is time we will investigate. Please give us the following information.

  • WordPress Login URL
  • Admin username and password
  • FTP access (ask your web host for this if you’re not familiar)

You can find the Secure Note button at the bottom of your posts.

Thanks.

Thanks for your feedback, I went to my cache & ticked “clear cache when update the page” ant it worked. Hope this will help in the future

Glad we could help,

Cheers!
