Fresh install of X : Strange CSS Styling

I started a new site with X and have just start to fill in but the styling looks very strange. It almost looks like CSS is not loading correctly.

Could you please a look at : https://bjsc.fykenet.com

The site title is visible even though it has visually-hidden class assigned.

Just need an opinion before I proceed any further.

SOLVED: Don’t worry about it. It was the Cloudflare.
