Free Pro Upgrade?

I used to see a notice in my account to upgrade to Pro for free. I can’t seem to find it anymore and we are finally ready to start upgrading.

Hi Denise,

The free conversion to Pro is an option for all X licenses purchased prior to the release of Pro (April 10, 2017). Our licensing system tracks the purchase date, so if the X license was purchased prior to the Pro launch it will give you an option to convert it for free. If it was purchased after, you’ll need to pay the difference if you want to convert it.

I take a look at your account and your license is eligible for an upgrade (see secure note).
