Frank's Diner - cannot edit attributes

I hope someone can help. I have loaded the Frank’s Diner template, but the Layout, Elements and Inspector options disappear once you get into the grid etc.

How can I rectify this?

I imported Frank’s Diner template at my end and it seems that the element inspector is working fine at my end. Thanks for writing to us.

In order to help you with your concern, we need to check your settings. I would request you, please share your details in a secure note. Please provide the following details meanwhile you must troubleshoot a few common issues before we investigate your settings.

• WordPress Login URL
• Admin level username and password
• Exact page URL

Hi Prakash_s, thank you very much. I worked through the troubleshooting options, and the problem got fixed. It was an update issue. After I updated Pro, it works fine.
