I have spotted a plugin conflict with this plugin and cornerstone.
It triggers this error when activated and you try to load cornerstone to work on a page:
The preview was unresponsive after loading. This is most often related to a plugin conflict or aggressive page cacheing.

Since it’s free and quick to setup, I installed the chat plugin in my test site and loaded a page built with Cornerstone and Cornerstone works fine. No conflict with the said plugin.
Regretfully, since WordPress setups differ, we have no means to investigate the issue on your end moreover that we do not have support for third party plugin conflicts.
