Fotografi Design Cloud Section doesn't animate

Hey There

I installed the new Fotografi section with the polaroids and put the section on a page. But when I saved it there were no animations. The polaroids no longer change like they did the Design Cloud preview. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out.
It will be very difficult to recognize the issue without investigating through the admin dashboard. Can you please provide login credentials for your site in a secure note to examine it further, including:

– WordPress Site URL & Login URL
– Specific page and section where you have implemented the pre-built section.
– WordPress Admin username/password

To create a secure note, click the key icon underneath any of your posts.

Thank you for the credentials, I checked your site and I see you’re using the PRO version 3.2.3.

That animation on Fotografia demo is using the relatively new effect module, which is still not added on PRO version 3.2.3.

So to resolve this issue, you need to update the PRO to the latest version 4.3.3

How to Update

Remember to clear all your caching features (plugin, server-side, CDN, and browser’s cache) after updating so that the code from the latest release is always in use. This will help you to avoid any potential errors.
