I need a way to compile my form submissions
Summery
I am capable of setting up the forms to collect following information but my question is how or where can I send the information so as it can be used, commented and edited by different users and kept tidy like in a forum.
I want to know if its possible before I set to work making the forms please?
Intro
I am trying to make a website to contain all my recipes for staff to use (as tasks).
This is being compiled as we speak.
What I would like to know if the is a way that I can compile and create a topic (like in this forum) that will be generated by a form ( I use gravity forms).
The concept is this, I would like to generate a post for each job that we undertake that one of the office staff can do by filling out a online form.
The office user would be able to fill out the name and date of the job and number of people attending on the online form, click checkboxes of the dishes needed (the most common dished will be preselected depending which form they are on).
The bit I am un sure on is
I then need that information to compile a forum topic that will then contain all the information the user entered. I.e:
job name: Mr Smith
Date: 01/01/01
Number of Guests:140
Menu items to prepare: ( names of dishes selected on the form with links to the recipes would appear hear.
