I purchased the Pro Max Unlimited Lifetime bundle a while back. Please may I have access to Forms and SiteDrive?
I did try to email support a couple of times but have heard nothing back yet.

The bundle you bought didn’t come with those products. It only included the products listed in the bundle and on the checkout page (covered in FAQ at the bottom of the bundles page). Forms is still at our launch pricing and also a great lifetime deal. Have a great day.
Well that is very disappointing.
I was led to believe via email that the bundle I was directed to purchase I quote, “includes everything”.
However it turns out the bundle I purchased was more expensive than the Pro Max Unlimited Lifetime and doesn’t actually include everything! Strange how the bundle page says It doesn’t get any better than this! hmmmmm

This is how bundles have always been. They include the products listed and neither SiteDrive nor Cornerstone Forms had been announced as coming to Max at that time. The FAQ explains this as does the full list of the included products on the checkout page.
